When I tell you that by time the bicycles came around, I was struggling. I was struggling! 

The small adjustment that I made to work my core more was not using my arms when doing the sit ups. If you’ve never done sit ups without using your arms, or never realized you did, I challenge you to try it out.

This tip may not be new to you but I just had to r This tip may not be new to you but I just had to remind y’all to SHAKE YOUR SALADS! 

We oftentimes add way more salad dressing than we need to, and because of that, the calories will sky rocket. Taking a healthy salad to a salad that has as much calories as a fast food meal! 

So, my tip is to drizzle a small amount of dressing on, shake it up, then add more as needed.
